If you contact us as a prospective customer for cosmetic surgery, the following information will be collected:

  • Personal data (name, address)
  • Contact details (email, telephone number)
  • Data on the desired operation/treatment
  • If applicable, payment details

as well as any other information that is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract with you.

The personal data is collected

  • to be able to identify you as a customer;
  • to be able to advise you appropriately;
  • to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations towards you;
  • to comply with our legal obligations;
  • to correspond with you;
  • for invoicing or, if applicable, as part of the dunning process;
  • to assert any claims against you.

The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of your inquiry with us and is necessary for the purposes mentioned for the appropriate processing of your order and for the fulfillment of obligations from the underlying contract according to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.

Based on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising, we reserve the right to use the stored data in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR to send you interesting offers and information about our services.

The personal data collected will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period for merchants (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship ended) and then deleted. As an exception, this does not apply if we are obliged to store data for a longer period of time due to tax or commercial storage obligations (according to HGB, StGB or AO) (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR) or if you request storage that goes beyond this have consented in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a GDPR.

A transmission of your personal data to third parties does not take place.

Since we bring interested parties and beauty clinics together, we pass on the data mentioned under point 1 to beauty clinics abroad that cooperate with us, depending on which country you are interested in as a customer. We cooperate with beauty clinics in the Czech Republic and Turkey. Turkey is outside the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA). We would like to point out that there is neither a decision by the European Commission on an appropriate level of data protection nor sufficient guarantees for the establishment of an appropriate level of data protection in this country. Accordingly, there is an increased risk of the data mentioned in the section above being processed contrary to the basic principles and requirements of data protection law within the European Union or of the European Economic Area. We carefully select our cooperating beauty clinics and commit them to an appropriate level of data protection.

The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

4. Your rights as a data subject

As the person affected by the data processing, you have various rights:

–  Right of revocation in accordance with Article 7 (3) GDPR:  You can revoke your consent to us at any time. The data processing based on the revoked consent may then no longer be continued for the future.

– Right to information in accordance with Article 15 GDPR:  You can request information about your personal data processed by us. This applies in particular to the purposes of data processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients, if applicable, the storage period, if applicable, the origin of your data and, if applicable, the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about them details.
